Aurelius Security & Protection can offer a full range of First Aid courses in Enniskillen (First aid at work, emergency first aid and Defibrillator training) to individuals and companies both inside and outside the security industry and can tailor courses to suit your requirements.

Emergency First Aid at Work is a one day accredited course that covers medical emergencies that may arise in the workplace and is a first aid qualification which enables learners to give emergency first aid to someone who becomes ill at work. This particular award is suited to working environments that have minimum hazards along with a low number of employees.

First Aid at Work is a three day course that covers all the aspects of first aid that you will need in the workplace and includes all the elements of EFAW and also equips learners with the first aid knowledge and skills to tend a range of specific injuries and illnesses. This particular award is most suited to working environments that have a high hazard count and/or high numbers of employees.

First Person on the Scene (F.POS)

First Person on the Scene is an advanced First Aid Qualification. The IHCD First Person on Scene Course (Intermediate) is for those involved in providing initial emergency care, such as Community Responders, Fire and Police Officers and security staff. The FPOS I qualification is delivered at the following levels:

  • Basic
  • Intermediate
  • Enhanced

These qualifications are designed to provide learners with simple but effective skills and knowledge to enable them to provide immediate care in the first few minutes of an emergency and covers the following subjects.

Medicine in Remote areas (MIRA)

The Medicine in Remote Areas training course (MIRA) is for those involved in providing Pre Hospital Emergency Care in any Remote Location.

This course is designed to provide learners with Advanced Skills and knowledge to enable them to provide immediate Advanced Life Support care in the first few minutes of an emergency.
